Friday Pygmy Sperm Whales

- Today, Apple will find out if they’ll be subject to a five-year ban on e-book agency model deals after losing the Department of Justice price-fixing trial (sad trombone). But is there a chance that they could appeal the ruling (hopeful trombone?). (Washington Post)
- The owners of Washington’s wonderful Politics & Prose bookstore have written a public letter to Jeff Bezos regarding his purchase of the Washington Post.
