The Art of the Craig Ferguson Novella

by

No, we’re not offering Craig Ferguson a record breaking deal for his first kids book. There is however, a bit of a back story to this post.

Last August we heard tell that one of our novellas appeared on Ferguson’s Late Late Show in a segment involving Sylvia Whitman and her world-famous bookstore, Shakespeare & Company in Paris, France. Desperate to see three of our favorite things together we took to the interwebs and searched high and low. We even watched the show as it was uploaded to the Late Late Show website. Still nothing. Fatigue set in and we called off the search.

Then last week the show was rerun and low-and-behold an email came in with a link to a youtube clip of Craig Ferguson and Sylvia Whitman. Sure enough, it was the chimerical clip of Ferguson holding up one of our novellas. Gustave Flaubert’s A Simple Heart nonetheless.

Finally. We can rest easy.

Those of you with a short attention span can skip forward to 2:00.
