Publishing Perspectives reports today on the recently announced first-ever TLC conference, Writing in a Digital Age, which will take place at London’s Free Word Centre on 8th/9th June. We’ve reported several times on Moby about the potential hazards of self-publishing with, say, I don’t know, a company like Amazon. There’s a world of opportunity for authors now, but there’s also very little guidance and rather a lot of unscrupulous souls. Any event that seeks to redress that balance gets our vote.
